looking for a book to help my dad move on after divorce | |
my dad did many things that have made it so that my mom, myself, and everyone else who's known him do not trust him. after many years of warnings, without him taking her seriously, mom finally divorced him. now he keeps trying to get her back, and uses god as his reason that she should accept him. it has become his potentially dangerous obsession. i need a christian book that can help him move on; one that, rather than accusing him or her, assists with being able to accept what is, and trust god, and start new- one that might help him see that while the situation up to the divorce may have been wrong, it's about now, rather than dwelling in the past. if such a book does not help him, it may at least disarm him. any suggestions would be helpful.
