am achristian and want to live christian life, in most cases i used to have temptations what can i do. in most cases am disturbed with sexual desire and musterbation

From: Mark

sexual desire is a part of our nature that was given to us by god. it's only when we let that desire draw us away from god that it is a sin. i don't know any man who has overcome the desire to masturbate. i find that when i'm bored it is more of a temptation. i guess my advise would be to concentrate on the things of god; his word; fellowship with believers and attending church and or bible study.
