the bible doesn't say it's wrong but it doesn't mean it's right either.
it also depends how much makeup are you talking about? i mean, i've seen some celebrity men wearing eyeliner under their eyes & that's not too bad in my opinion. if you're talking more than that,
then i think it's a deeper issue. maybe satan is trying to lure you (little by little) into dressing more as a female. remember, satan is a deceiver & he'll start by little deceits which if you give in, may later escalate to bigger things. for example first wearing makeup, then later the devil may deceive you into thinking why not try on women's clothes, then later it keeps on escalating to
putting his lies in your head such as, "you should've been born a woman", etc. just beware of the enemy & he operates in a manner that you may not expect.
