i have been a christian all my life but have not always walked closely with god. i turned 60 this year and have been going through depression. i cry when i know my time on earth is short. i don't exactly fear death but am very sad.

i am afraid at times that i may have done things in my life that god won't forgive. i feel this is not normal for a christian to feel. is this normal? i have not lost my faith. i have just lost my peace.

i tell you you must do for yourself and you must not wait for someone to come down and save you whatever you feel bad or depressed about you must try to the best of your ability to fix it and as long as you tried or as long as you show remorse (which you abviosly do) for what you have done you will be ok. i will pray for you.
