Do you think it would be bad if I went to a catholic church as well as a christian church at the same time. I want to do this because I want to be a cathechist for the cathlolic church and be a missionary (one who travels around the world with church missionaries to help the poor) for the christian church. Do you think its wrong???? Please give me your opinion. Thanks
I didn't know that the catholic church had missionaries! Anyone know of any websites of catholic missionaries for students! thanks

1I don't understand, why can't you be a Catholic missionary? If you are off being a missionary for one church, how are you fullfilling your duties as a catechist? I guess the biggest thing is are you being open with both pastors about this?

i think that god will guide you on your path and that whatever church you go to especially since you are trying to find your way and your purpose is to help those in need no matter what church you go to isnt it christs example of charity i think its wonderful that you want to serve god in missionaries and what is important is your personal relationship with god. pray about your purpose and seek guidence i see no reason why anyone cannot go to a differant church i dont think when we get to heaven there will be differant doors one thing comes to mind seek and you shall find and with your whole heart.
